How much does Stella cost?

Stella is currently offered as a subscription in the iOS app. Pricing and trial details are shown in-app before purchase.

How do refunds work?

For iOS purchases, Apple manages billing and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Stella purchase to request a refund.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Confirm you are using the same sign-in method you used when creating your account (Apple, Google, or email). If you are still locked out, email hello@stellalabs.ai.

How does Stella protect my privacy?

We treat mental health data as highly sensitive and handle it according to our Privacy Policy. You can review details at stellalabs.ai/privacy.

Is Stella for emergencies?

No. Stella is not an emergency service and does not replace professional or crisis care.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can request deletion inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing hello@stellalabs.ai with the subject “Delete My Account”.

Troubleshooting

Microphone and audio

If voice features are not working, enable microphone access in iOS Settings → Stella → Microphone. Then restart the app and test again.

Notifications

If reminders are missing, enable notifications in iOS Settings → Notifications → Stella, and ensure Focus/Do Not Disturb is not silencing alerts.

Connectivity

If messages fail to load or send, switch between Wi-Fi and cellular, then relaunch Stella. A stable connection is required for real-time responses.

Account & Data

Delete account/data: Use the in-app path Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email hello@stellalabs.ai with subject "Delete My Account."

Export your data: Email the same support address with subject "Data Export Request" from your account email so we can verify ownership.

We confirm deletion/export requests within 2 business days and process requests under applicable privacy laws. See Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
